Terms of Service

By accessing and using Getspotted’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Getspotted. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Getspotted is an AI source discovery platform. It scans multiple AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overview) to reveal which pages they cite for any given prompt.

Our services include multi-engine scanning, Hot Spots detection, frequency scoring, contact enrichment, and CSV export for outreach.

Getspotted does not guarantee placement on any third-party page. We provide data and contacts — outreach and negotiations are the user’s responsibility.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts to use our services.

You must represent a legitimate business or act on behalf of one with proper authorization.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws.

You must not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities on our platform, including unauthorized scraping or automated access beyond the provided tools.

Getspotted operates on a credit-based system. Each plan includes a set number of monthly credits. Credits are additive and never reset upon plan changes.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD.

Credits are non-refundable once purchased, but they never expire. You may cancel your subscription at any time — your remaining credits stay available.

Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction by contacting alexis@getspotted.ai.

Getspotted retains all rights to its platform, technology, branding, and proprietary algorithms.

Scan results and exported data are licensed for your internal business use only. Redistribution or resale of Getspotted data is prohibited.

All trademarks of third-party AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) belong to their respective owners.

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your scan data and account information are private to your account.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and business information.

We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA.

Getspotted provides data and tools on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI engine responses, as these are generated by third-party systems.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for any business decisions made based on data obtained through our platform.

You may terminate your account at any time. Your remaining credits will remain accessible until used.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

Upon termination, your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy guidelines.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the competent courts of Paris, France.
